Also just to confirm it is possible for all of this to be fake. There is also more info out there I didnt post. Still the shiny sprites do seem kinda convincing for me.

It's not "leaked" since the demo is out and its content is meant to be public... But yeah I've seen those mega stats and I'm loving most of them, especially Pidgeot, Beedrill, Altaria, Metagross and Slowbro.

I'll fix it tomorrow as well as the topic title. I rushed to get this up and got to go to sleep.

They killed Beedrill's already dead SpA to give it ridiculous boosts to Att/Spe o.o

Oh wow. Lopunny got a +60 attack boost (and everyone said it would have gotten + 40).... 136 isn't even that bad...not great but i'm not sad with how it turned out considering it started with 76 (and +60 is rare isn't it?)

Mega Sceptile is getting Dragon Pulse back hooray
Gourgeist and Florges is getting Synthesis o.o
Aurorus and Sylveon are getting Hyper Voice
Many Pokes are getting Knock Off  such as Pangoro, Yveltal, and Malamar.
Several Pokemon are getting Stealth Rock
Defog isnt a tutor moves

Pretty much tutor move from past gens are returning

As for Lv Up Moves Gyrados gets Crunch, Lopunny HJK, and Milotic is getting Coil o.o also other cool ones is Spiky Shield being given to the Cactus mons. Accelgor getting Water Shuriken. Mismagius is getting Mystical Fire. Dang they arent exclusive anymore.

Cloners, we now need every Pokemon distributed with an assault vest. Everyone needs enough for all their Pokemon.

Also, just thought about the word distribute. Tribute used to mean when the people or subordinate countries paid money to one ruler. So it was like all people with less paid once central ruler money so they didn't kill them. Now put dis- on the front and it's the opposite, the one central person that has gives to others that don't.

I am really liking that Pidgeot speed stat. Too bad it didn't get two more...

Yeah it missed out on Greninja a little bit but Hurricane+Heat Wave+No Guard is really good. B/c of Mega Pidgeot I'll soon be breeding a mixed HP Ground set for myself as I see potential in it

Thats if Lopunny switches in on a predicted SD and has already mega evolved to outspeed. Return is a 2HKO and you cant use Fake Out on Gallade like other pokes for the free mega turn b/c of Inner Focus. So yeah just 4/0 Gallade means Lopunny isnt getting past it but you shouldnt have Lopunny in on it anyways.

I would say the best Lopunny atm is:

-Fake Out/Power-Up-Punch
-Return
-High Jump Kick
-Encore/Healing Wish

Its STABs are unresisted b/c of Scrappy. Fake Out+Return takes out alot of frail sweepers. Encore can be used to stop setup sweepers and stuff like that while Healing Wish is to help someone else. That last slot is best used for something like those 2 moves imo.

Speed EVs are to outrun the 150 Spe Megas that run a neutral speed nature and stuff like +1 base 70s w/ a positive nature. You can potentially lower speed EVs for more bulk if you dont need to be that fast.

Fake Out+Return actually takes out most offensive Pokes from what I've seen. Fake Out also makes you safely Mega. PuP is slashed though b/c if you can Encore someone into a move that doesnt hurt you you can PuP repeatedly so you can try to sweep with your unresisted STABs.

Just think of something like a Mega Slowbro thinking Lopunny cant do anything to it and starts setting up CMs. You can then Encore it and proceed to get some free PuPs.

Fake Out can be ran with both Encore or Healing Wish. However you should only run Encore if you are using Power Up Punch.

Yeah but I thought you meant 1v1 as no Gallade would use Swords Dance on Mega Lopunny when Return 2HKOs you. You could predict a switch but I feel Encore will see alot of usage on Lopunny so most would probably go straight for the Close Combat.

Under normal circumstances in a 1v1 Gallade wins. However in a real battle in a full team it really depends. Is Gallade switching in on a +1 Lopunny or is Lopunny switching in on a Gallade that just used Swords Dance. Also if non-mega Lopunny switches into Mega Gallade you already lost as Mega Gallade will outspeed. Gallade can Mega on Lopunny and take a hit. I'm assuming though they each got a free switch in.

Which have confirmed Megas.

Maybe those 4 are there for a reason. Shiftry I think has appeared the most of them all followed by Slaking then Dusknoir then Torkoal.

Luvdisc is also a pokemon, so clearly its also possible it gets a mega O.O

Or, because it's a third gen game, they want to showcase third gen pokes, and all the other ones have megas.

Iv'e been trying out ORAS OU since it's the only tier atm that we can use mega pokes from ORAS and now i remember why i hate singles (bcuz i niid 2 git gud)

Especially with the increased number on Pokemon and moves, it's so hard to be consistently good in singles. Now more than ever it depends on the player.

After further analysis, i have concluded that OU consists of the same 20 pokemon, almost always including any of thunderus,landorus, and tornadus.

Oh yeah, it's nuts. They've banned the stuff that can stop them because they still haven't figured out that there are more Pokemon than there were in 2007, and won't change the criteria for a poke to be ou.

Hey all, got a question which I don't think merits its own thread. I assume when we're deciding what egg moves to breed we're taking the ORAS move tutors into account now? IDK if this will make much difference since a lot of pokes don't even have 4 useful egg moves, but just thought I should check.

Yeah, at the very least we're breeding sets that will take into account those egg moves. Maybe the egg moves won't change, but the nature or hidden power might.

And to think I bred y'all a HP-grass Larvesta just for it to get Giga Drain x_x
