| Hi there, welcome! Thanks for the thread. I'm strongly in favour that physical set. ThunderPunch seems like a useful move too to hit water types, but so do all the ones you posted.
As for that last slot in the special set, I guess Focus Energy is the most useful move you could fit in there. It's actually quite decent this gen, if a pokemon is holding a Scope Lens and uses it, it gets a 100% crit rate.
For the ability, I'm going to suggest Vital Spirit. Sleep immunity is useful, and people like Hidden Abilities.

| I didn't put thunder punch in the physical set because magmortar can remember it with a heart scale. For the special set, thanks for the suggestion!

| I would also recommend Vital Spirit instead of Flame body because Magmortar is kinda frail to make good use of flame body | |

| Not to mention, a lot of grass types carry Sleep Powder. With vital spirit Magmar is the perfect answer to these. | |

| Ok, vital spirit it is. Do you have any suggestions for the ball?
EDIT: I'll go with a repeat ball.

| That seems good Since people have had a chance to see this thread and there are no strong disagreements, I'm going to say you can start breeding. | |

| Nicely done on the physical set. You kind of ninja'd in there and updated it without anyone noticing. | |

| Yeah, now I'm having horrible luck with the special one. I keep hatching imperfect ones | |
